As part of the 2025–2026 academic year, a stakeholder evaluation meeting was held to discuss the Department of Business Administration’s educational activities, labor market expectations, student career development, academic initiatives, and quality assurance processes. During the meeting, participants evaluated the contribution of student enrollment planning to educational quality, as well as the effectiveness of the Professional English, Computerized Accounting, and Internship courses in enhancing students’ professional competencies.
The participants also reached a consensus on improving the department’s academic programs in line with the needs of industry and public institutions, strengthening university–industry collaboration, and aligning course content with current sectoral expectations. In addition, recommendations were made to expand practical learning opportunities, increase internship opportunities, and organize career-oriented events that would enable students to interact directly with representatives from the business world.
The meeting further addressed the enhancement of academic and social activities, greater involvement of local stakeholders in seminars and panel discussions, and the ongoing STAR accreditation process of the Department of Business Administration. The importance of the contributions of both internal and external stakeholders to the continuous improvement of educational quality and the achievement of the department’s strategic objectives was emphasized. The meeting concluded with a productive exchange of ideas and the adoption of key recommendations.
