As the Department of Business Administration within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Muş Alparslan University, we strive to conduct research and development, education and training, and social service activities based on scientific principles while prioritizing universal ethical standards, human rights, and justice. Our commitment to quality is centered on efficiency and productivity.
Our department aims to support faculty members in their research and development (R&D) endeavors and to educate our students to contribute effectively to society in this regard. We manage educational processes in accordance with the "Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)" cycle, and we plan and execute social contribution activities that meet quality standards and address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
In this context, the Department of Business Administration sets the following objectives:
-To endeavor to uphold the mission and vision of Muş Alparslan University at a distinguished, respected, and preferred level nationally and internationally.
-To advance scientific knowledge through high-quality academic research at the national and international levels.
-To expand student-centered education and training activities from the national to the international arena.
-To continuously enhance the academic infrastructure to ensure that faculty and students acquire the necessary skills to keep pace with international developments.
-To achieve our goals while prioritizing the satisfaction of students, staff, faculty, and internal/external stakeholders.
-To ensure the sustainability of social contribution activities.
-To implement a quality assurance system aimed at continuous improvement, thereby enhancing governance, education and training, research and development, and social contribution processes.
