An event titled “Career Guide for Business Administration Students: Becoming a Certified Public Accountant” was successfully held to contribute to the career planning of business students.
Within the scope of the event, career pathways in the certified public accountancy profession, entry requirements, necessary qualifications, professional experiences, and current developments in the sector were discussed comprehensively. The program aimed to increase students’ awareness of the profession and to support them in setting more informed and conscious career goals.
The speaker of the event, Kutbettin Sönmezer, President of the Muş Chamber of Certified Public Accountants, shared his professional knowledge and experience with the students and provided valuable insights for participants interested in pursuing a career in accounting. During the program, which attracted significant interest from students, evaluations regarding the current state and future of the profession were also presented.
The event, which served as a guiding platform especially for students aiming for a career in accounting, concluded with a question-and-answer session.
