The Program Educational Objectives of the Business Administration Department have been reviewed and revised in line with STAR criteria, feedback from the previous accreditation process, and contributions from internal and external stakeholders. The updated Program Educational Objectives are presented in the table below.

Within the first five years following graduation, our graduates work as marketing specialists, product managers, content and campaign managers, or brand managers in national and/or international companies, and develop data-driven marketing plans.
PEO2
Within the first five years following graduation, our graduates work as human resources specialists in organizations of various scales; they manage human resources planning as well as recruitment, job analysis, training and development, and employee motivation processes.
PEO3
Within the first five years following graduation, our graduates take roles as co-founders, entrepreneurs, or business development managers in startups or social projects; they develop business ideas and create innovative and sustainable business models.
PEO4
Within the first five years following graduation, our graduates work as managers or entrepreneurs in organizations focused on regional development—particularly in livestock and agriculture-based industries; they actively participate in rural development processes and conduct analyses of regional export potential and feasibility studies.

Within the first five years following graduation, our graduates assume roles in public institutions and regulatory bodies in areas such as auditing, financial management, or administrative functions; they contribute to public service by managing financial and administrative processes.

Within the first five years following graduation, our graduates work as accountants, finance specialists, or bankers in accounting firms, corporate finance departments, or banks; they use up-to-date software and information technologies to maintain accounting records, prepare reports, and manage client transactions.

Within the first five years following graduation, our graduates serve as senior or mid-level managers in national or international companies; they effectively manage business processes and demonstrate decision-making competencies aligned with organizational objectives.
